The brief
Repair monitoring.yaml. Keep the orders-processing queue with its 120-second visibility timeout and 345600-second retention, and keep the orders-on-call SNS topic. Configure the alarm for AWS/SQS ApproximateAgeOfOldestMessage on the supplied queue's QueueName, using Maximum. Alarm when age is greater than 300 seconds for three consecutive 60-second datapoints. Treat missing data as not breaching. Notify the same topic when the alarm enters ALARM and returns to OK.
