The brief

Repair engagement-plan.json. All times are elapsed minutes from 0. Available windows/capacity: clinical [0,90], 45 minutes; operations [0,60] or [120,180], 45 minutes; sponsor [60,90] or [150,180], 30 minutes. Required topics (id/minimum agenda minutes/participants): clinical-review/20/clinical; readiness-review/20/operations; release-decision/15/sponsor. Each topic appears once. Both reviews finish by minute 145. The release decision needs both reviews and their feedback, is owned by sponsor, and occurs by minute 170. meetings rows have id,start, finish, participants, agenda; agenda rows have topic, minutes. A meeting must fit its summed agenda; every attendee is present for the whole interval. followUps has one row for each review's named participant: topic, role, start, finish, escalateTo,escalateMinute. Reserve at least 5 minutes after its review ends to obtain feedback and prepare its fallback route. If feedback stays missing, escalate to sponsor at a time in sponsor's window, at or after follow-up finish and at least 5 minutes before the release decision. This conditional contact point consumes no additional booked meeting time. Count full attendance and follow-up intervals against each role's capacity; each must fit one available window with no overlapping commitments for that role. decisions has one release-decision row: topic, owner, minute, evidenceTopics. Cite both review IDs. Place the decision after its session's allocated agenda time and within that session; feedback must be finished first. Consolidated early reviews or separate later reviews can both work. Extra participants consume real time; row order and meeting names are immaterial. Save, rerun and repair without Reset. These are scenario conditions, not PMI time rules.

What the checks verify

Your work is graded on 8 independent properties, not on matching one reference answer.

  • The engagement artifact has bounded valid planning records.
  • Every required topic receives sufficient agenda time within its meeting.
  • Each topic includes its required evidence and decision roles.
  • Attendance, follow-up and conditional escalation fit role access windows.
  • Full attendance and follow-up work fit individual capacity without collisions.
  • Each consultation has an adequate owned response and fallback route.
  • The planned release decision preserves sponsor authority and session timing.
  • The decision cites prior review/feedback evidence and has timely escalation.
