Edit report.context.json. contextScopes maps Region and Year to report, page or none. interactions maps MonthlyColumns and DetailTable to filter, highlight or none for CategoryChart selections. Keep the all-category monthly background with selected contributions emphasized, while details contain selected categories only. drillthrough.fields lists the actual declared Category/Region/Year identities; carryPageFilters is Boolean. Bind Category so a nonempty selection offers DrillPage. Retain both current context filters at the destination using report scope, explicit page-filter transfer or declared context fields. resetBookmark.data is Boolean and scope contains selected declared object IDs: CategoryChart, MonthlyColumns, DetailTable, DrillPage, RegionControl, YearControl. The supplied bookmark captures no category selection and North/2026 for the two context controls. Reset must clear category while preserving every reader's current region/year; capturing those controls can restore the wrong snapshot. tabOrder lists unique focusable controls/visuals plus DetailButton. RegionControl, YearControl and CategoryChart must remain keyboard reachable; after category selection the next Tab must reach DetailButton so activation opens the correct destination. Output visuals may appear later or be omitted. Review actual background IDs, emphasized IDs, detail rows, destination filters and zero/null/empty results. Correct individual failures and repair without Reset; other report mechanics are rejected by this bounded contract.

- Monthly base totals retain all categories in the current region and year.
- Selected category contributions are emphasized within the retained monthly population.
- A changed region restricts background, details and emphasized contributions.
- A prior year retains its own source observations and month-level contributions.
- The selected category reaches an available drillthrough page with its region and year retained.
- Reset clears category selection without replacing the reader's changed region or year.
- Real zero, a null amount, an absent category and an empty context preserve distinct original populations.
- Context controls remain keyboard reachable and the next Tab after category selection reaches the drillthrough button and correct destination.
