The brief

Repair dist-1.cfg. Keep DIST-1 at 10.20.0.2/24 on Gi0/0 and 192.0.2.2/30 on Gi0/1. Use only HSRP group 20 with virtual gateway 10.20.0.1 and healthy priority 110. Make DIST-1 preempt after recovery. Track the Gi0/1 line protocol as object 1, bind that object to group 20, and decrement priority by 20 when the uplink fails so DIST-2 at priority 100 takes over. Remove any unintended HSRP group.
