The brief

Repair access-switch.cfg so DHCP snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection protect exactly VLANs 20 and 30. Keep only Gi1/0/48 trusted for both features, and limit DHCP messages on Gi1/0/10 and Gi1/0/20 to 15 per second. Preserve the hostname, VLANs, client access ports, and the Gi1/0/48 trunk carrying VLANs 20, 30, and 99 with native VLAN 99.
