The brief
Repair stakeholder-governance.json. links:[{from,to,sourceRef}] declares current source-supported directed referrals. plans has one record per source request: {request, revision, route:[roles],decisionDay,authorityRef,reviews:[{role, evidenceRef,revision}],disposition, blockers:[codes]}. Route from analyst to a capable independent authority, preserving every used graph edge. Reserve an available final-authority day, one request per person/day, within mandate expiry, request deadline and budget. Include all mandatory current review packets for the correct request and role. Derive actual readiness: three complete requests are ready-for-authority with empty blockers; access remains blocked with unresolved:security. Consultation does not confer authority and a superseded accepted review cannot establish current readiness. report:{ready, blocked, lastReadyDay,reservedCost, appointments:[{role, day, count}]} accounts for every final authority reservation, including blocked access. boundary:{claim:conditional-authority-plan,approval:pending-human-decision}. Real decisions remain pending. Choose distributed PO decisions, central escalation or another feasible dated route; arrays of independent records may vary. Save and inspect partial progress, then repair evidence, authority or capacity without Reset.
What the checks verify
Your work is graded on 10 independent properties, not on matching one reference answer.
- Distinct bounded decision, review and calendar records.
- Actual request routes use current source-supported escalation edges.
- All current source decisions remain in governance scope.
- Every mandatory consultation references acquired evidence for the right request and role.
- Decision readiness refers to the current request and actual review revisions.
- Final authority has current delegated scope and is independent of the proposer.
- Every reserved authority slot is available, unique within capacity and funded.
- Disposition follows actual route, consultation, authority, deadline and open review facts.
- Ready/blocked counts, final ready date and reserved demand reconcile to the actual register.
- A planned authority route retains pending real human decisions.
