The brief
Leave the management port, TCP 3389, reachable from the jump subnet and from nowhere else in the virtual network - while the application subnet keeps reaching the machine on TCP 443. Start by running the tests before you change anything: there are no rules of your own yet, so whatever succeeds was allowed by one of Azure's default rules, which you can see at the bottom of the table. Those defaults cannot be deleted. Your own rules take a priority from 100 to 4096 and run before them.
