The brief
Repair eval-config.json. Point the supplied evaluate.py runner at datasets/held-out-v3.jsonl and enforce both release gates: minimum_groundedness of at least 0.85 and maximum_unsupported_claims of 0. Keep the candidate model, both evaluation metrics, and all-gates-required behavior unchanged.
