Keep procurement answers on current policy

A procurement assistant answered a supplier-approval question using an archived sales policy. The knowledge base contains several departments and policy versions identified by department and status metadata. Its OpenSearch Serverless store supports combined lexical and semantic search, and the assistant should consult at most five current procurement sources.

Repair retrieval-request.json so retrieval uses combined lexical and semantic search and returns at most five sources satisfying both department = procurement and status = current, with no other filter. Preserve the supplied question, knowledge base, generation model, and knowledge-base retrieval mode.
